A light steel building materials customer from Romania visited our factory to inspect the C100, C150, C200 Light Gauge Steel Framing Machine. We are training the Vertex BD software as well as the machine control system. Romanian clients prefer cross-shaped stud bracings very much.
Prefabricated buildings are widely used in Romania. The customer’s old machine only produced one stud size with poor precision and troublesome size switching. After online technical communication and test video review, the customer came to our factory personally to check machine quality and learn all operations for local production.
Our technicians accompanied the customer to inspect all machine parts and running performance. We produced C100, C150 and C200 stud one by one, and used steel coils of different widths for each size to simulate real production. Our machine comes with automatic width adjustment function, no manual disassembly required. We ran long-time tests with 0.8-2 mm galvanized steel strips commonly used in Romania. The machine runs smoothly without strip deviation. All three stud sizes keep tolerance within Width & Height: ±0.5 mm,Length: ±1.5 mm, with clean cuts and uniform bends, complying with European standards. Operators only adjust parameters on the touch screen. Size switching takes 5 minutes and no mold replacement is needed.
The customer had no relevant operating experience. Our engineers provided one-on-one hands-on training, covering machine power on/off, manual test, preset program calling, length & speed setting, size calibration, fault code checking and daily maintenance. We are training the Vertex BD software for structural design at the same time. After practice, the customer team could run the machine, switch sizes independently and operate the design software proficiently.
The customer stayed with us for 4 days, coming to the workshop every day to learn every operational detail. Our sales staff and engineers accompanied them the whole time, answering all professional questions in a timely manner. The customer took the training very seriously: they recorded all operation steps with their mobile phone, wrote down production data in notebooks, and raised questions whenever they had doubts. After getting familiar with basic functions, they operated the machine by themselves, practiced the whole production workflow, and mastered every adjustment step needed for size changeover.
The customer was satisfied with machine quality, automatic width adjustment, cross keel bracing design and complete software training. This cooperation delivers multi-size keel machines suitable for Eastern Europe. It also proves our full service system including factory inspection, technical training and after-sales support, helping us build good reputation and expand European markets.
After the machine inspection and acceptance, the whole unit was fully packed with standard protective measures, and the goods have been shipped out successfully.
