We recently completed full production, testing, professional seaworthy packaging and container shipment for a long-term cooperative customer in Australia. This batch includes four different functional roll forming machines, covering gutter angle steel, Z section steel, flashing fascia cover and gutter & ridge tile integrated forming. All equipment is customized for local residential and commercial building roof construction, exterior wall decoration and complete drainage system production, which can fully meet the diversified profile processing needs of Australian local construction projects.

Before formal production, our technical team conducted multiple rounds of detailed confirmation and parameter docking with the customer. We strictly verified the forming size, material thickness range, bending radian and installation matching standards of each finished profile. Combined with the local coastal climate characteristics of Australia with high humidity and strong salt spray corrosion, we upgraded the surface anti-rust treatment and structural stability of the machines to ensure the equipment can maintain stable long-term operation in harsh outdoor processing environments.

After all machines were finished, our factory carried out one-by-one strict factory inspection and running debugging. Each equipment was tested for no-load operation, continuous rolling forming, straightness correction and finished product dimensional tolerance detection. All profiles are formed smoothly with neat edges and consistent specifications, without deformation, warping or material jamming problems. Every machine passed the full standard factory acceptance test before packaging.

Considering the long-distance ocean transportation, humid cabin environment and frequent bumping during shipment, we adopted comprehensive reinforced seaworthy packaging for all four machines. The whole machine was coated with anti-rust oil, fully wrapped with thick moisture-proof film and shockproof bubble film, and all vulnerable corners and protruding parts were reinforced with hard protective materials. This mature packaging method effectively avoids paint peeling, structural deformation, surface rust and scratch damage during container transportation and handling.

The entire container loading, quantity checking, accessory sorting and export document arrangement were completed efficiently on schedule. We took complete on-site photos and videos of packaging and loading, and sent all real materials to the customer for confirmation. The customer highly recognized our equipment quality, stable forming performance and rigorous export packaging details. This complete and successful shipment further consolidates our market reputation in Australia and accumulates rich practical experience for subsequent customized roof and gutter roll forming equipment export projects.
