Yesterday, we picked up a customer traveling all the way from Poland at the high-speed railway station. The primary purpose of his visit was to inspect our Slat Roll Forming Machine and others Roll Forming Machine.
Right after the pickup, we headed straight to the factory floor. The workshop was bustling with activity, with various machines neatly lined up. We walked the customer through the facility and focused on showcasing our C70-90 Light Gauge Steel Framing Machine, which was ready for shipment.
Together, we watched the machine run, tracking every single step with full transparency—from feeding materials and punching holes to cold roll forming and precise cutting. This gave the customer a crystal-clear look at exactly how the light-gauge steel frame comes together. He was highly impressed by the high precision and efficiency. During the tour, we also explained that these steel frames are incredibly versatile, widely used for building prefabricated houses, beachfront villas, storefront shops, public restrooms, and warehouses.
We also visited the machines being manufactured in the factory.
Next, the customer inspected our Octagonal Pipe Roll Forming Machine and PU Roller Shutter Door Roll Forming Machine. He was especially nodding in approval at the integrated forming and foaming technology of the shutter door machine. The customer was highly professional, closely examining the craftsmanship and details of the machinery from every angle.
Beyond looking at the live machines, we returned to the conference room to present a clear and transparent price breakdown through our business documents. We also played detailed production videos to show every stage of the Octagonal Pipe Roll Forming Machine and PU Roller Shutter Door Roll Forming Machine, from raw materials to final factory rollout.
