This Solar PV Strut Channel Roll Forming Machine processes 1.5-2.5mm galvanized steel coils. It adopts servo following punching & cutting together with hydraulic punching function. The punching and cutting head tracks the running profile synchronously without line stop, achieving precise hole pitch and cut length, low deformation and clean cutting edge.

Fully automatic production for solar mounting brackets, solar racking and solar farm support structures. PLC & touch screen control, easy to adjust hole patterns and profile length for different solar project requirements.
