Thickness 1.5-2mm Double Guide Rail Curve Making Machine with 2 Sets of Customized Mould

     This is a double layer guide rail bending machine, specially used for curve bending of finished straight guide rails, not roll forming equipment. It is applicable to curved processing of garage door track and shutter door C-type guide rail, shutter patti guide rail and door slide guide rail after roll forming.

     Different from roll forming machines that make profiles from raw materials, this bending machine is dedicated to secondary curved forming of finished guide rails. It is designed for 1.5–2mm thick metal guide rails, with a maximum bending radius of 450mm, meeting all kinds of arc bending requirements. Equipped with 2 sets of high-quality moulds, it features stable operation, high bending precision and uniform radian of finished products.

    Adopting automatic PLC control, the machine is simple to operate and easy for daily maintenance, effectively improving bending efficiency.
