Automatic Gable Rake Trim Roll Forming Machine, Metal Roof Edge Trim Making Machine
This Rake Trim Roll Forming Machine is specially designed to produce roof gable rake trim / gable flashing, which is widely used for metal roofing systems in North America. Rake trim is installed along the sloped gable edge of metal roof, protecting roof panel ends from water penetration, wind uplift and corrosion, providing neat architectural finishing for roof projects.
This line adopts PLC automatic control system, frequency speed regulation, hydraulic cutting. Raw material can be GI, GL, PPGI, PPGL, aluminum sheet, thickness 0.3–0.7mm.
