Polyurethane energy-saving fire protection continuous sandwich panel production line is the equipment mainly produce pu foam sheet. It can produce all kinds of polyurethane flame-retardant panel with the surface of aluminum sheet, color steel, non-woven, kraft paper or aluminum foil. At the same time, after extended function, it could also produce sandwich panel for steel structure. The material thickness, width are according to customer‘s requirements. And the widest can be 1200mm, the length can be discussed. The products are mainly used in building exterior insulation, central air conditioning blower duct, steel structure wall panels and roof panels.
1.working principle
The polyurethane resin raw material, curing agent, foaming agent are at a specific ratio by the metering pump of the perfusion machine transported to high speed mix head. When uniformly mixed, the fabric head will have a reciprocating movement, continuously coating on the upper and down layers of the surface material. After that, the surface material will go into a twin-belt machine, and the machine will heat the two layer to foaming and curing molding; when the sandwich panel are foaming and curing molding, the trimming device on both sides of the production line will obtain accurate width dimensions. Finally, by the length tracking cutting and sawing machine, cutting off the settled length
