This 2 in 1 Omega Hat Channel roll forming machine is designed to produce two different Omega batten profiles from 0.4 mm to 0.8 mm raw material. It works perfectly with galvanized steel G550 and PPGI coils.


The finished Omega hat channels are widely used as supporting battens for metal roof panels and suspended ceiling framing in steel structures, prefab buildings and warehouses. The whole production line runs automatically for continuous forming, ensuring consistent profile dimension and smooth surface of the finished battens.
