This automatic adjustable C Z purlin roll forming machine is suitable for material thickness from 1.5 mm to 3.0 mm, compatible with galvanized steel and black steel. It can produce C and Z purlins with width 80–300 mm and height 40–80 mm, supporting quick size adjustment without frequent roller replacement.


Finished purlins are widely applied in steel structure workshops, warehouses, prefab buildings, poultry sheds and solar support frames. Equipped with stable hydraulic cutting system, the machine delivers accurate cutting and smooth workpiece surface for long-term construction use.
