This W Shape Ladder Cable Tray Roll Forming Machine is specially designed to produce straight ladder-type W cable trays from galvanized steel and carbon steel coils with a material thickness of 1.2mm to 2.0mm. The finished product adopts a classic ladder-type structure, consisting of W-profile side rails and evenly spaced rungs (cross rails),.


This open ladder design provides excellent ventilation, easy cable installation and maintenance, and high load-bearing capacity for long-span cable runs. Equipped with a fully automatic roll forming system, precision punching holes and Hydraulic cutting, the line continuously forms the W-shaped side rails, punches the mounting holes on the rungs, and cuts the tray to the required length — delivering consistent dimensions, flat surfaces and stable structural strength.
