2. Composed Device
2.1 Hydraulic de-coiler
Supporting steel rolls and uncoiling
Hydraulic pressure drives the level and landscape orientation movement
It is designed without motor on uncoiler.
2.2 Hydraulic pinch and press device
This is composed of bottom-stand(frame), hydraulic pressing and guiding arm, coil opener, hydraulic shovel, head device, hydraulic pinch and preliminary flattening device, power device, etc.
It will be convenient to feed the material to the next progress especially for the thick material above 2mm .
The feed roller is driven by a 4KW motor which will make it easy to feed the material.
Two pinch rollers device is to feed the opening sheets direct to the next station. The rollers are
equipped with 4KW motor.
2.3 Slitting Machine
Drive system consists of drive stand, 500 decelerator, 55KW frequency conversion control motor,
the gear distribution box, coupler, connection shafts and cover.
Main section is made up of base, fixed brackets, large slide block 2 blade pivot, movable brackets, slide block, the adjustment device of front and back of the brackets and the lifting device of blade pivot, supporting blades, isolating cover and rubber ring, etc.
The main section adopts hydraulically move out the brackets which is very convenient to change the blades
And the 0.25Kw motor drives the up-knife pivot to lift up and down to adjust the clearance according to the steel thickness.
2.4 Scrap Winder
It consists of base, the shaft and plate of edge material, friction wheel, supporting wheel chain, chain,
350 decelerator and 4Kw electric machine.
Double head design makes it safe to operate.
2.5 Transition Table
This table should be prepared by the customer
2.6 Tension Stand
consist of base, pre-dividing shaft, bracket, press shaft, hydraulic damp device and hydraulic shaft lifting the press down device.
At the exit part, it is designed the lifting table to feed the slitted steel strips right into the recoiler which will make it easy to operate.
2.7. Hydraulic Recoiler
onsist of base, bearing frame, recoiler shaft, the expansion device of hydraulic recoiling, the expanded
recoiling plate, movable arm bearing, supporting 650 decelerator, 55KW frequency conversion control
The press arm is fixed on the recoiler to wind each coils one by one and ensure the recoiling quality.
2.8 Hydraulic Unload Car
The car can carry the dividing coils and lift up and down and is movable.
At the two sides, there is equipped with the pipe holes which is to fix the finished coils from slide.
