Suitable plate material range from 1.5 to 2.0mm thick and can be made of either galvanized steel or blank steel. Working speed is 12 meters per minute and it has 18 different forming steps. Rolling material is made up of Gcr15 with quenching HRC58-62 and chrome plating. The shaft is a 45# advanced steel with a diameter of 76mm and thermal refining. It is driven by a gear box and the main power with reducer is 15KW WH Chinese Famous. Cutting is done by Hydraulic Cutting Cr12mov and the material of the cutting knife is Cr12Mov with quenching HRC58-62.
Power for the hydraulic station is 4KW Wuxi Wanshen Famous Chinese Brand. Lastly, the whole machine is controlled by an industry computer-PLC.
