This Step Flashing Roll Forming Machine is specially designed to produce L-shaped overlapping step flashing, which is the critical waterproof flashing component for North American roofing systems. Step flashing is installed at roof-to-wall junctions, chimney sides, dormer walls and roof penetration areas. Each piece overlaps like shingles, diverting rainwater and melting snow away from joints to stop roof leakage, widely used together with asphalt shingle roof and metal roof panels.

This is a continuous cold roll forming line with PLC automatic control, frequency speed regulation, hydraulic cutting (servo tracking cutting optional). Raw material: GI, GL, PPGI, PPGL, aluminum coil, working thickness 0.3–0.7 mm.
